These apts are overpriced for the appearance & quality of the apts! The ac unit along with my neighbors is right in my back patio & is super noisy when I turn it on! I called told complained about roaches & they sprayed but after about 2months they are back! I've been living here for almost a year & can't wait to move out! There is no guest parking, the pool area looks untended & I rarely see someone clean it.
