I ordered the jerk chicken poutine and it was literally cold. Not just room temperature - cold. My friend ordered the butter chicken poutine, and while it wasn’t super hot, it was at least warm enough to enjoy. I brought my jerk chicken poutine back and explained the issue, but the woman behind the counter kept insisting that she had just made it. So far this place has the best poutine in Canada. Always hot, fresh and delicious. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Always a pleasure.
