I have ordered many times. Twice, I received the wrong item, but customer service resolved it quickly and at no cost. I rated it 4 stars because shipping fees are at least $10. Worth it!

I won’t order ever again from this company. I’ve been rolling my own cigs for 3 years now and only purchased from here. My last $90 order, I was sent 7 boxes of the wrong tubes and shorted a case. When I contacted the company I was told the correct order was on its way. They sent the same (wrong) 7 boxes of tubes and the same case again. I originally ordered 2. Fantastic company with great customer service. Fast shipping and packaging that insured products were damage free when received. Already ordered again from them. DISCLAIMER: This IS NOT a paid endorsement. I believe credit should be given when earned. I have very few reviews on Google, so if I did this for a living…I’d be broke, living on the streets in San Francisco.
