I have been buying tobacco from Smoker's Outlet for many, many years. Their tobacco is always fresh. I have ordered on line and by phone. When I ordered by phone Their employees are always very polite and helpful. It's a pleasure talking with them. Thank you'll for being the good people that you'll are.

I've been ordering from them for years and it's always been 5 stars. I recently had a shipment come that had 5 boxes of tubes damaged (clearly from shipping) I emailed them on a Friday and Monday morning they immediately got back to me offering to send new tubes right away or credit me for my next order. Now that is customer service at its finest! Thank you Smokers Outlet Online for not only having the best product but your customer support is hands down outstanding!
