I see that I won’t be the first to add a poor review of this company. After signing the lease for a garage within walking distance from my house, they insisted that I drive 30 minutes to their office to pickup the keys rather than meet me at the property. Quick to take your money, not at all interested in a halfway decent level of service after the fact. Sad to encounter in this tight-knit area of Pennsylvania where all of my experiences tend to be positive. I’m just glad I’m not renting a residence through them.

I have had zero issues with Smoker Property Management in the past four years they have managed my rental property. When issues arise they communicate quickly to assist with resolution. Would recommend.

We’ve been renting from this “management” company for about 7 years. In those 7 years absolutely none of them have been pleasant. There are more problems at this property than you can shake a stick at, they’ve only had a reliable maintenance man for about a year, and I don’t even know if he works for the company anymore because their turnover rate is sky high. Been living in this place for about 7 years now and it's absolutely terrible! Black mold, (there is no fan or vent or window in our bathroom) constant sewage issues, deck falling apart, house falling apart. Most of the repairs we have had to make on our own with a 3rd party. Today I've had to call water and sewage because we've been without water since yesterday afternoon!
