Just like during regular times you would not let more people in than you can serve, you should not take more orders than you can serve. At 3pm I placed a large order for 4:30 pickup. Arrived to a line all the way around the parking lot. I mentioned to an employee I had a 4:30 pick up and she said I still needed to wait in line. Got to the front of the line at 5:10pm and was told to sit in a parking spot. Others had their food, some did not.
