There’s a reason they win every single BBQ contest, best BBQ! I’ve tried BBQ in many other establishments, cities, like Memphis, Alabama, St Louis, and more. It just gives me the feeling of when your mom used to make your favorite meal and now your wife tries to replicate it and you just smile and nod bc she’s your wife. BBQ was ok at best but it's not Texas bbq nore craft BBQ. Brisket was shredded like pulled pork not sliced as Brisket should be as a main course and when I asked the owner about it I was toldnit starting as sliced but ends up shredded over time which indicates it was over cooked. I also ordered 6 plates all the same to go and was there for 25-30 minutes people that walked in after me sat down ate and left before I got my food.
