I broke the nose pad off my glasses while on vacation in Southwest Michigan. Jessica at the New Buffalo location of Smoke Vision Care has it fixed and adjusted within minutes and sent me on my way. Right when you walk in nothing but smiling faces from front door to doctor and picking and fitting glasses. Very easy. Paperwork painless.
The appointment itself at the Dowagiac office went okay. The optometrist seemed to know what he was doing, but he diagnosed my son with something and said we had to be referred to an opthamologist instead. He said he would get the referral sent over the next day. I called every day for over a week before the referral was actually sent over and all the while, my son's eye problem was getting worse.
