This place and the shop owners are amazing! Not only are they friendly and helpful but they do amazing work! He custom made a setting for a diamond that I had that is absolutely exquisite and am complimented on whenever I wear it, he also fixed a watch that I was told by other jewelers could not be done! I will continue to bring my jewelry here for repairs and I will buy from them time and time again!
I just visited Smoke Tree Jewelers as I have many times. This business is the BEST! I take my watches and clocks to them for batteries and cleaning. I trust them implicitly. They are so knowledgeable, kind and have great follow-up!
The owners, Jeremaia & Marissa, are great. From helping me pick my wedding ring, to repairing my wife's watch, to working with my daughter to design & craft her wedding ring, to selling on consignment my old Rolex watch, and providing outstanding customer service to my family over the years... Outstanding!
FANTASTIC So nice. Helped me with a new battery in my watch today. Another jeweler wanted a ridiculous amount, and they handled it for me for a very fair price. I will definately go back. Great store and even better service! A+++
