I have been to The Smoke Scene so many times since my retirement, I think it is one of my top ten most-frequented places. Today. I did not give them all five stars because there is always room for improvement and when I had a staff of 11 people I NEVER gave them five stars. Something happens when a worker gets 5 stars. It is called the gold star phenomenon and has been studied in schools and at many large corporations. The best smoke shop ever. And reallly friendly customer service. Answered all my question about my vape
There are stores that are trying to gain from the surge in popularity of "vaping". These stores are ill equipped and poorly staffed. I know there are a couple of other stores in town that are well stocked and staffed and I also know from a long experience and working through a few disputes that these guys at smoke scene KNOW what they are selling and if you have a problem, they can help you fix it over the phone.
