I’ve been work Smoke Ranch close to three years and they are great. Doug Lynch was an amazing PA and we all miss him. Dr Ghuman is a sweetheart and it doesn’t hurt that he’s FINE 🤣🤎 Very easy on the eyes even when you’re in pain 😝 And Dr Gitelus is the BEST shoulder guy in Vegas! The staff are professional and personable.
