Terrible. I didn't realize how terrible my balayage looked until I went to someone else to get it done. Literally nothing she did was like a balayage. Plus, I had bought it off Groupon and it was a nightmare even getting the appointment scheduled. Then she seemed mad at ME for trying to schedule something I bought several months prior. I feel she purposely didn't do a good job on my hair because of this. I know some companies get sucked into groupon and it doesn't turn out well, but that is not my fault. Did a wonderful job with my Balayage. Listened to what I wanted and was easy to talk to. The suite was small, but cute and manageable for 2 clients at a time. Will be back in 4-6 months for a touch up! Give them a chance, you'll love your hair! Thanks again!
Cierra is wonderful. I really loved her and her work the first time but I waited until after my second appointment to post… she’s still great!! She’s knowledgeable, quick, she listens to what you want and the results are 10/10! She’s also really nice to chat with during the appointment, so no awkwardness, phew. I’m already booked for my third appointment with her. I highly recommend her.
