Update: after posting this review, the salon did reach out to me and the owner, Leah, offered to fix my hair herself, for free. She was very kind and professional. I do enjoy the way my hair looks much more now. The experience was similar to what I had had prior to the haircut I received that led me to posting this review. Very cozy and cute salon. Danika did a fantastic job on my long hair cut, listening to what I liked about my hair and wanted to keep, while also working her magic! Wish parking there was a bit more convenient, but it won’t stop me from going! 10/10!
Sunshine was so lovely during my service, she does an amazing job and knows exactly what she was doing!!! She is the best
Sunshine was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to clearly explain every step of what she was doing throughout the entire appointment, which made me feel confident and comfortable the whole time.
