Smoke and Mirrors has become a regular stop for me on “me” days. I find the industrial nature of the space the perfect back drop for the robust plant life an reclaimed wooden fixtures. The front desk staff are super welcoming and happy to answer questions about products. Maddy Frain is an exquisite stylist and a lovely person the chat with about literally anything. Absolute best salon experience I’ve ever had. Danika was incredibly thorough in both the consultation and the actual appointment. I was there for ~8 hours and she managed to color correct YEARS of poor home hair decisions. Truly I thought I was going to have to cut it all off and start over. My hair is healthier than it has ever been and I can’t begin to thank her and the entire staff enough for making me feel so comfortable the entire time.
I’ve been coming here for years and never had a less than stellar experience. Gwendolyn is amazing, she listens and delivers and brings out my natural texture like no one else. She’s also just lovely to chat with; I’ve referred my sister and my bestie to her and they love her just as much. My daughter got her haircut today by sunshine and she has not stopped smiling by the way sunshine styled and curled her hair today, the layers look absolutely amazing and we will be coming back. The atmosphere of this salon was absolutely beautiful, the decor down to the bathroom was beautiful. 10/10 recommend sunshine
