After months of planning, getting an estimate, and confirming with Smoke late last year that my daughters private graduation party was a go, the managers at Smoke stopped responding to my calls and emails. I sent multiple emails keeping up correspondence during the pandemic and was always told that Smoke was flexible and would accommodate anything that I needed, but when it came down to confirming the date closer to the party, I couldn’t get anyone to respond.
