Excellent communication from the company from the start. Ashton was very courteous, prompt, and explained all he was doing to clean our fireplace & chimney. He was very thorough in checking our house for fire prevention. The photos helped me to see what repairs were needed.
He did a very thorough inspection of our fireplace and fixed the many vent obstacles our dryer had. Highly recommend.
The time after a Chimney fire can be frustrating and difficult. Smoke Alert did the best job under the circumstances to assess, suggest, and complete the necessary work. Wouldn't trust others to do the same
