I don't know if they are the cheapest, but I do know that they are awesome! I purchased a new used car out of state, brought to Lightning Smog had had everything done there! NO DMV!!!!!!!!! Got my new plates, transferred the title, and got the smog! So Simple!

Super fast. I cant remember the mans name but it was yesterday morning at 8 am. Anyway very nice and helpful. Eben offered registration service for a small fee. I would definitely recommend.
