Came in on a day without any other customers, got my car smog checked within 10-15 min. The gentleman that took care of my car was really nice and up front about the price. The waiting room had the AC blasting so it was very comfortable. There's also a water cooler inside.

Classic unethical bait and switch here. The $29 smog test coupon was not honored for anyone in the hour wasted here and in my case the $29 ballooned to more than $70 with added fees for size of vehicle, paperwork processing, failure to sign a form when not one of all these hidden fees were noted anywhere in the coupon offer. Even the sign on the wall stated no extra charge for minivans but here comes the $25 add on upcharge anyway. Worst smog experience of all time. What happened to "Hello, how are you?" Insane. Terrible costumer service & from reading the reviews clearly they're unprofessional. You don't go back and forth with costumers writing you reviews. Do better. $75 for a Smog Check. They don't accept card but do accept zelle. Interesting.
