Wonderful, honest service from great folks! My car didn't pass the first time, so we discussed the readings—what passed, what failed, and what the most likely reasons (best and worse case scenario) usually were. They were friendly, didn't talk down to me, and I left the premises with a good feel for what I needed to do. As a result, I was able to take care of it without paying an arm and a leg, and I came back and passed the second time. Just happened across Smog Stop approx 7 years ago .... will never go anywhere else. The technician Travis is great, very knowledgeable. Told me I would most likely need a cat before next smog, I forgot and ended up failing - sure enough, replaced the cat and passed with flying colors!
Awesome service! Even though I didn't pass. I will never go anywhere else!
