Wow- What a great experience. Carlos was great! He quoted me a very competitive price and the price ended up being exactly as he said. I would recommend The Smog Squad to anybody that wants fast efficient service.
Always makes me feel valued and gets my smogging done quickly. He has a small waiting area which is a nice touch.
Smog Squad is the best! My 1998 Toyota has been smog checked by the Smog Squad every other year and has always passed. Last week, with 168,432 miles on it, my car failed. Since Smog Squad is "test only" Carlos could not repair it; he told me to take my car to a mechanic and then bring it back for a retest at no charge. But I don't have a mechanic, so he gave me a list of local mechanics who do smog work. The guy I picked said the oxygen thing was bad and charged me $48.65 for the part + $20 for labor. They false advertise, they can't do anything other than smog testing. Don't waste your time. And keep in mind from their own website they say "get your sticker today!"
