EXPENSIVE, UNRELIABLE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ignore the recent 5 star reviews. They charge $80 for a smog check when just two blocks away at Quick Smog they only charge $55 and are significantly more experienced and trustworthy. The guys at smog express are incompetent and have poor customer service. Their device was unable to connect to my car’s computer and caused the check engine light to come on. I politely asked them to reset it as it has never come on and they argued saying my car has issues or it was a coincidence... read more
Called about rv smog. Guy quotes $150 we asked why so much compared to others and he said you can go somewhere else and hung up on us. LAME! customer serives awful.
Way too expensive won’t negotiate price. Probably the most expensive smog in town and rude
125$ for a smog without re-test! Expensive as hell! Alex even rude at the phone ... so BAR will.be notified
No mechanic I trust more. Been taking my vehicles to Alex and company for years and they're always trying to save me money.
