I had a 3:30 PM appointment, but this place does not honor appointments at all. When I arrived, the staff told me there were half a dozen other customers scheduled for the exact same time slot. What’s the point of booking an appointment if multiple people are stacked into the same time? When I pointed out that I had an appointment and limited time, the staff member was rude and dismissive, responding with “they all have appointments too,” showing no respect for customers’ time. I like this place a lot! The service was fast. I dropped off the car, walked around the block and the smog check was done. The price was the lowest price in compared to all other places I checked. My, the owner (I believe) was very nice and professional. Highly recommend!
Greeted immediately, started smog check immediately, filled out paperwork. All done quickly and without fuss - the guy has obviously done this thousands of times. In and out in minimum time.
I booked online and it was a super quick and smooth process to get my smog check done. I would totally recommend booking in advance through their system.
