Came for a smog check Saturday around 9am. Quick service (30 minutes), and Ravi and Ben were very kind. They were willing to give us the online price even though we hadn't prepaid.
I was able to find a partnered location near me easily. I do wish they added the phone number of the business, but other than that the process was easy. I called the smog location to verify if I needed to make an appointment or if they took walk ins and if they accepted / partnered with the Smog Check Network, they confirmed and had an appointment later that day. The appointment went smoothly and back on the road within 25mins.
Paid online for the $49 discount. All you need to do is drive up to the smog booth and give your confirmation code. Today was my second time coming here. A week ago, I failed a smog test because my battery was new- therefore my car computer was not ready for the smog test. Horrible experience as they told me that my vehicle passed the smog check but it did not. Had problem with my registration as a result for a long time before I realized that my smog check did not pass.
Make sure you book online, they thought I was a walk up and were going to charge me 95 dollars instead of 53!!! This place was ok- probably try to find somewhere with a waiting area next time.
