awesome people own this shop...these people sincerely care about their customers...they know the business exceptionally well. If you have a problem with the vehicle pass or fail they take the time to explain the reason for the results. I wish them success in this business.
very professional people...i have recommended people to this business...i would advise if you want less of a wait.to try and avoid the lunch hour..it is more busy at that time.....my first car i went in at 3:30 pm and only one person ahead of me..i was in and out in less then 30 minutes...my second vehicle (truck) I went in at 12:15 and there were 4 people ahead of me so i was there for a little over an hour. I have to say though I was told through lunch it is usually more busy but I took my chances.....still great service..... read more
Great customer service. They make you feel right at home. They are very professional, yet friendly and helpful at the same time. I heard them explaining to a customer that came in after me that if they tested their car it would fail..they gave them the opportunity to have it fixed first and then come back. I have brought two of our cars here and both time have been consistently friendly and professional...thanks..if you need a smog check this is the place to go!!!
awesome service. Check this place out if you need a smog test. Great location, great waiting area. Plenty of parking. If you are hungry there is a BBQ restaurant right next door. Its just a smog test but the service and people are very friendly. For the person who left a bad review it is clear that your car must have had issues, so that would be your problem. They are there to do their jobs. Which they do very professionally. Thanks for the great service...I am recommending you to my co workers and family.
I took my car here this morning. The tech starts revving the engine and tells me there's something wrong with the exhaust, so he won't hook it up to the computer to test the emissions cause he's sure that it would fail, and tells me to go get it fixed. So I took it over to a smog test center on main street, and the tech took care of me in 15 minutes. Passed everything, no questions asked, no extra cost. don't go here.
