Went through them to get my first car, and they are very helpful and nice . I never had any issues with them, and if I did, it was easily fixed. I recommend them to anyone looking for a car loan or even if you use the loan to negotiate. Nothing but helpful professionals.
Every time I call needing service, the women that answer the phone are incredibly rude. They make audible noises showing their annoyance with having to do their jobs. I’m not sure why asking for a check for my own money causes so much agony to the poor women that have to prepare it. Is the money coming out of their own personal checking accounts? A little friendliness goes a long way.
