Came super fast when our hot water tank kicked the bucket. Had the old one out and new one installed in less than 2 hours. Absolutely amazing service

Brad is incredibly responsive and spent hours/days/weeks working on a complex plumbing issue - he figured it out when nobody else could! Plus his prices were very reasonable and he's an all-around gem to deal with.
I had a water leak and I called smittys. He asked me to send him pics and I did. He came out 45 minutes later and had the problem solved quickly. He explained what had happened and was pleasant. The cost was very reasonable as well. Excellent service and I would definitely call him again
