This Company got bought out by Timberline HVAC. Redding heat coming so this was not a good way to start off with a blown fuse to the A/C unit. Affordable to have it repaired(Thank You Ron) and the thermostat setting fixed.
Smittys is a rip-off. They charge you 90 dollars to show up and 90 dollars to drive back and 90 dollars to be there even before they look at your air system. I found Daves air close to me and I only paid 40 dollars for the fix and then he showed me how to fix it if it happens again. 270 to show up plus I would have to wait a week for service, these guys are a joke and a rip off. DO NOT USE THEM.
The quote I got for a AC system was so above everyone else it's not even comparable. So expensive. Plus I called timberline heating and air to get another quote, they called 25 min after scheduled appt and said Ohh we double booked you and we r owned by Smitty's and we aren't sending someone out. !!!! I woke up at 7 am for this on my day off ! Ridiculous.
