After checking with multiple repairs shops around, Smitty's not only had the BEST price by far but they also had the BEST customer service. From getting me in and out so quick during a busy time of the year, to being so easy to work with, I won't go anywhere else for repairs. These people are so genuine,friendly, and trust worthy and that's so rare in this industry. So glad I found them, highly recommend!
My husband and I are very happy with the work that was done on our truck. It was done at the estimate price and done in the time frame they gave me. Hit my truck at a weird angle and I have no idea what went into fixing it but it looks perfect. I am so pleased and happy to have my new truck back. Great job Smitty's. Arlene was such a nice person to deal with. She was very nice and knowledgeable. When I got my truck back yesterday, it was washed and vacuumed. TY for the Great experience!
Not a Happy person right now. Will let you know on Monday what happens. Both bumpers do not fit and lights do not work. paint chipped on drivers door again. Did not pull the car right the first time.
I am so happy I chose Smitty's to repair my car. I had damage done to my rear bumper and trunk lid and needed it fixed. They made the whole process easy and were great to work with. The quality of their work is outstanding and the paint color of the new bumper matches perfectly to the rest of my car. As a bonus they cleaned the inside of my car and left a nice thank you card on the seat. If you are looking for a professional, customer driven company that does amazing work go to Smitty's!
