First time here. I pulled up and there was a blonde man motioning me to pull forward. I could tell immediately he was in a pissed off mood. He got upset with me, I’m not even sure why, apparently I did something wrong. But he starting mouthing angrily, not directly at me because that would have been too adult like, but enough so I could see how upset he was. Honestly he reminded me of a child. Went through 2 times and still didn't get the tree sap off after paying for a deluxe car wash. This place sucks. The one in Princeton got it spotless the first time. Will never recommend this one to ANYONE.
Always did a good job cleaning our car. Fast and friendly.
We joined the monthly club and just love it. I can go even if it looks like it's going to rain. Like I did today. The towels are so handy. Update I still like Smitty's don't get me wrong , but I went through today and my car was still dirty. Wasn't their usual.
They never have any towels if it's full they want you to hurry up and get out time limit on vacuum is 15 minutes no cleaning sprays and don't want you to detail your car they want you to rush dry and get out not worth the money at all please people do not go if you want to clean car this is not the place for you
