Excellent service! We really appreciated Laurie coming to our home to help us select our furniture as well as choose the right colour given our decor.
Went in to look for a new couch, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Natalie was fantastic and did not pressure us at all. Great selection of Canadian made furniture.
Great products, but poor customer service and policies which has rendered the mattress I purchased unusable (so I couldn't even give it 3 stars since I can't use what I bought). In my communications with them after having issues with my mattress, I received an inital response that said to wait while they check, but then they never got back in touch causing me to have to reach out 2 more times weeks later before I was able to find out what was going on. Had a wonderful experience at Smitty’s, Lauri was very helpful. Even though we knew exactly what we wanted she was so kind to suggest colours that would go with the colours in our home. Would definitely recommend checking out Smitty’s
