I made two appointments with the company. Both times I was told my appointment would be late morning. Both times I did not hear anything after 2:00 so I called them. Still no estimate of time when they would arrive. When they called to confirm second appointment I asked that I be called if it would be past 2:00. This did not happen. I called them. Cancelled my appointment and will use a different company. Very disappointed.
Terrible company bad communication terrible attitude. When I needed parts for several pellet stoves they wanted to send a technician. I am a technician and I work on pellet stoves for 10 years. Then said they probably won't have the parts ... Didn't even take part numbers.... Incredible how arrogant.
These folks went above and beyond with my stove purchase and flue lining. They also fixed the flashing on my chimney. They came 60 plus miles to install my stove and answered all of my questions about maintenance and operation of the stove and flue. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Following their expert advise, my stove has operated without failure for years. I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend their services.
We were in a pinch with time, we were selling our house. These guys showed up and completed our chimney inspection and cleaned it with professional mannerisms and an overall great price! Thank you for being so quick to act!
Smitty’s was wonderful to work with. We told them area size, they asked questions that helped us decide what would be best for us. We will use them again for our next project
