RecommendedWhenever I am in the area, I always stop by to say hello and buy some unique items that I know I will enjoy wearing. The customer service is awesome. The store is clean and I felt safe shopping there. Everyone is greeted with some sanitary spray for their hands and all are wearing masks. In addition to fun but practical clothes, they have a wide selection of reasonably priced jewelry. I always leave with bags full of purchases and a big smile on my face.

Had a great shopping experience today! Lauren was very attentive even though people were coming in and out and needing her attention. I’m not sure how she did it but she still managed to find me cute stuff to try on. I’ll be dreaming of the blue shirt but super happy with my purchase.
Love, Love Smitten. When I moved to Newburyport 7 years ago I went there for my first time. It is by far my favorite store ever! the clothes are amazing and can't say enough about the owners and people that work there who are always happy to see you, so kind and helpful as they know what I like. Each time I have shopped at Smitten I have found the customer service to be fantastic. I like that when you try something on they tell you the truth - it looks great or let’s not go with that. They make suggestions that I may not have selected without their input. I would recommend Smitten to anyone that likes excellent customer service and a wonderful selection of clothes and accessories.
