Smithway's crew did a great job replacing the metal roof on our small (30x30) barn. They replaced some beams that needed to be replaced and cleaned up all resulting debris, and concluded the project very quickly and professionally. I should note that since I indicated that I was "flexible" on timing (which may have gotten me a more favorable price), we waited almost 3 months for the <1 day job. Still very happy with the result!
Smithway finished our metal roof yesterday and we could not be happier with it. The owner, Isaac Smith, went above and beyond with us at the beginning, walking through all of the options and meeting with us several times. He answers all queries quickly. Once the time came for our roof to be started, the work went quickly, efficiently and neatly. The crew brought a bit of joy with them each morning.
Prompt response when I called about a leak. They did both an interior and exterior look at the problem. Had pictures of the issue and thoroughly explained the problem, solution and how the solution would solve the problem as well as why the solution would solve the problem permanently. Will continue to use Smithway for all our roofing needs including installation of a new roof when the time comes. Highly recommend them.
