Stay away. Terrible , unprofessional. Randy simple doesn't pay attention. I asked for the residual on the car, specifically with 12 K miles to lease. He comes back with a ridiculous price with a 15K mile lease. The dealership was dirty and dark. After not feeling confident with Randy, I asked to speak directly to the finance manager, who turns out is useless. It was a wonderful experience buying my first Toyota Camry at a great price facilitated by Greg G. I was going to buy the car on same day and Greg made it possible through his hard-work and the whole process happened within a day. Thanks a ton. It was a pleasure doing business at this location.
Customer service is horrible. Don’t buy a car here, if you want to get taken care of go to Riverhead Toyota.
8/15 EDIT: Smithtown Toyota has finally refunded me the deposit. Not after my three attempts to let them know, but only after I publicly posted the review. The literal same day as I posted this, the refund hit my account. Coincidence? A customer shouldn't have to go through all this rigmarole, and the dealership shouldn't only issue refunds when there's public visibility.
