Extremely Disappointing Experience I had one of the worst dealership experiences ever with Smithtown Toyota. I placed a $500 deposit on April 26, 2026 for a Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid in white, and was told the delivery would likely be in 2–3 months. After that, everything went downhill. He took the time to walk me through every detail of the car and made the whole process easy to understand. I ended up purchasing a 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited, and I’m really happy with the choice. If you’re looking for someone who’s patient, knowledgeable, and straightforward, Steve is your guy.
When I first came to the Smithtown Toyota dealership I was introduced to Larisa Racine in service who is absolutely so genuine , amazing and very knowledgeable. She always guided me right and helped us so much over the years. I always trusted Larisa. It’s a shame that they aren’t honest and don’t value their customers. I brought my car in for an oil change and once again they recommended a laundry list of services. The quote was $2400 . This time I called another dealer to get prices. Well guess what? I got the exact same service done at another Toyota dealer for $1300.00. Exact. That’s almost unbelievable. But it’s true.
