Great experience! Doc is a pretty funny and down to earth guy! Loved his advice and I now see him regularly. I have recommended Dr Washington to my family and friends with confidence that they, too, will be pleased with his expertise!

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Patients are 99% seen on time!!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
