Dr. Duane Shank and his team are amazing. They take great care of you and are extremely caring. In my opinion, you should only be seen by an Orthodontist for your treatment, so you know at the end your teeth will meet together and you will have an excellent result. Orthodontics is far more than just straightening a few teeth to look nice. I give them 10stars!!!

My 10-year-old son is in the first phase of his orthodontic work and Dr. Shank and his staff are INCREDIBLE. Everything is explained to you from beginning to end, and everyone in the office is pleasant, accommodating and will go above and beyond for you. My daughter will most certainly need orthodontic work and there's no question that she will go to Dr. Shank. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shank/Smithtown Orthodontics.
Dr. Shank and his staff are excellent. Having had three children need braces we spent a ton of time in his office. Never once was I ever unhappy with any interaction with the staff or the quality of work done on my children. I never hesitate in reccommending Dr. Shank and his wonderful staff. You will be in great hands!
