Loved seeing the pandas and the new baby elephant
Reserve your entry with time. Really cool.
This zoo has been one of the best that I've been to. Free admission and you only pay for parking, which runs you about $40. The landscaping is beautiful and offers shade from the hot sun. The zoo also has misting stations were you can cool off and the kids can enjoy themselves. There was some renovations being done at the time so we didn't get to see everything. All in all, the Smithsonian Zoo is well worth the visit. Looking forward to going again.
Pretty decent size for each habitat, tons of animals to see. The Panda are so fun!
