They got me in the same day , in fact within An hour after I called. I was pleasantly surprised when I walk through the doors as the clinic Is beautiful, Clean and well staffed With polite, professional & apparently well trained ladies . Absolutely AWFUL front desk staff at Canyon Lake! We were planning to use this office for our whole family. After they were EXTREMELY rude to my husband on Friday we will no longer use this office at all. Stay away! Awful ladies at front desk. PA’s were only ok so definitely NOT worth the rude office staff!
Worst experience ever had at a clinic.
John Abshier PA is a disgusting excuse for a human being. He told my mother, who had multiple myeloma to “get over it. There are kids out there with cancer” and that she “has too many problems and if she wanted to take more than 20 minutes, or 2 symptoms of his time she would have to make another appointment” when my moms symptoms were slurred speech and extreme muscle pain. She ended up being diagnosed with rhabdomyelosis in the ER, a condition that, if left untreated, will cause her to have kidney failure. I am a nurse, an... read more
Caring doctors and staff.
If you're a Veteran that served your country, don't bother coming here. I am a Disabled Veteran, who has had their fair share of bad experiences with VA Docs, and I have never in my life been treated as poorly as I was treated at Smithson Valley Family Medicine. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...EVER. I told the PA (not even a doctor) the reason for my visit, and he immediately began to argue with me - very unprofessional.
