Really can not thank the receptionist who helped me this morning enough! She was able to get the syringe part I needed so my baby mouse could eat after her feeder clogged up last night!
I love this vet practice. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and always willing to help. They have taken care of my pets for well over 15 years--helped me through joyful times and quite a few sad ones of late. Dr. Conlon is the best; she connects with my pets and with me. I wish some of the staff at Park Circle would emulate this very special team. That would improve the overall vet practice immensely.
I just want to say how much I really appreciate the continuing service the Smithsburg Veterinary Clinic keeps providing our dog. Not only do they take the time to listen and help us with our concerns, but they really treat him like he's part of their own family while he's in there, being very caring and compassionate to him. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!
All of the doctors are knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. They guided us through our dog's elder years, including his decline. We felt the staff was wise in what processes might be helpful and what might be rather expensive without much positive outcome. I highly recommend Smithsburg Vet Clinic to anyone who wants to know their pets are receiving excellent care and guidance.
Wonderful staff. These people really care about your animals. We just recently went through a GREAT LOSS and everyone was very compassionate. DR. BEN BYERS, thank you and the girls that were there Monday. I always tell people what great and caring people they have at this office.
