I called first because I wanted to get an inspection sticker and I had a simple question: "how much is it?" The lady that was working the desk was rude on the phone. I get she put someone on hold to talk to me, and wanted to get back to them. But she didn't have to take my call right there and then? I could've been politely told I would be on hold.
