Bad prices, poor communication and besides all just lacking
Smith's Towing helped turn our "Monday-est Monday" into a much less stressful Tuesday by getting our truck back to us from over 80 miles away at a price that didn't send us into sticker shock. We are very grateful that they were able to help us the same day and get our truck back home with great care!

I spoke with two representatives on the phone. The first was polite and helpful, but the second clearly acted as if I was an inconvenience and seemed eager to end the call as quickly as possible. I understand they may deal with a high volume of customers, but that does not excuse poor customer service. Basic professionalism and courtesy should be expected from anyone representing the company.
