Kenny Smith ripped me off. I hired him to repair a hot water heater. I’d been without hot water for 2 weeks. To make a long and painful story short, Kenny and his wife scammed me out of $155.00 for parts and labor. He only tried to light a pilot. He also claimed he fixed a gas leak, a very frightening and disturbing diagnosis!! Spire gas checked for gas leaks prior to me hiring Kenny, they found NONE..they had come out 3 times in an attempt to light the pilot.
