RecommendedI highly recommend smiths. I had a septic emergency at my salon and needed it fixed ASAP. They were there are soon as they could be and helped with everything I needed. Todd is so friendly and did what he could to get me back up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible. 🙌
Called yesterday they came out same day. Came back today to fix our septic. It had a blockage. If I don't see any other issue's I would recommend them for their fast service. I say if I don't see any other issue's because it's the same day. They were fast and reliable for sure. Customer service over the phone was great as well.
I contacted Smith's after a home inspection company misidentified my system as having an undersized drain line. Mr. Steve Smith inspected the system, corrected the error by the inspector and confirmed the drain was correctly sized. Mr. Smith was kind enough to come out the next day, which was a Saturday, knowing I needed his help quickly His knowledge and expertise allowed for the real estate sale to move successfully forward. Said they pumped out a 1000 gals of liquid out of my 1000 gal tank that is so full of solids they cant pump it. How do you fit a 1000 gals of water in something thats full of solids. on top of it Mrs. Smith told us our tank was pumped out 95 percent and then can stand behind a tech telling me we have to bring in an mini ex to open our tank to clean the 5 percent you didn't get. You have changed your story to many times to try to cover up that you charged me for a full tank cleaning when you were unable to pump it. Which clea... read more

Really got gouged for very little work, over 320.00 for 20 minutes of vacuuming out sludge, going to find another company
