OMG horrible, horrible experience. Save yourself from the nightmares associated with dealing with Wayne. It's not hard to find a dump to live in. They are a dime a dozen. If you have to live somewhere nasty and bug infested you should atleast not have to deal with a jerk of a property manager.
House burned down desperately seeking a place and was referred here but no response to any inquiries. Not sure why.
