Rude as hell pharmacy employee refused to do what a Walgreens pharmacy employee had just done for me without problem, which was to check whether a medication was in stock or not. She said "no, I am not going to check unless you you know the milligrams" which only she needed apparently. She was also rude about my accent and pronunciation of the medication. The med has a name that does not have only one way of pronunciation anyways. What a way to go about life with such bitterness and be useless at a job.
Across the board, this place is unacceptable. There will never be a clear answer from anyone or clarification because everyone will give you a different answer about everything. They also lie and make every prescription a hassel. You may be paying more here because of their careless behavior. You're better off elsewhere. This place has too many issues.
After all the trouble I go through to get through the drive thru window, just to have Madison say, that it’s too many bottles, they might not fit. I’ve done this before. They will fit! People just don’t want to do their job, since I did not walk in and get them like she wanted me to. She sends them out with an attitude . Then she says it’ll be $30 copay?? No, ma’am, re run that !
