Very slow
I’ve had my fill of the lousy automated voice response system. It takes me ten minutes to work my way through the very unhelpful system to simply confirm with the pharmacist regarding self pay options for a prescription I need. If I need a refill the automated system takes ages to understand what I want. Just today I told it I wanted to refill a prescription and it said, “ You want to reach our bistro, correct?” Are you bloody kidding me right now?
