An older man at this pharmacy is rude and has very bad customer service and had me feeling judged with their unnecessary pauses and looks at some less than ironic moments. He would not even stand or say anything to greet me as I stood alone at their counter. I had to ask if they could help me after standing there ignored for more than a few seconds. Everyone else there and at every other location I’ve been to has been welcoming and super helpful, but I fear to be “helped” by this man again.
I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the wonderful employees ❤ I had an unexpected and unpleasant incident while shopping there today. I don’t want to go into the details of what happened, because that’s not what I want this post to be about. What pharmacists does smiths hire? The kind that laughs at you when you ask to use a GoodRX coupon and the kind that gets annoyed staying 3 whole minutes past closing to help a customer. Get your scripts filled elsewhere (: Maybe harmons across the street? This is directly towards the brunette middle aged woman that worked tonight. I’ll pray for you 🩷
Great pharmacy and staff are always helpful. Never had any issues at this location.
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Been with them for awhile out of proximity but I’m tired of the poor customer service, lack of communication, and inability to fill medications consistently on time. Try the south Jordan Walmart instead they actually seem to care.
