This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Been with them for awhile out of proximity but I’m tired of the poor customer service, lack of communication, and inability to fill medications consistently on time. Try the south Jordan Walmart instead they actually seem to care.
My Experience with this Smiths is they are Rude and Inpatient! I've only met one pharmacy tech there and that's Kim.The Rest act like they Hate there job and treat Patients Horribly! So I'm transferring my Profile to another Pharmacy!
Always very helpful. It is easy to speak to the pharmacist. We are in SS and they do everything to make sure we get the best price for our medications. If a medication is a bit expensive the call toake sure we want to get it. They make it easy to get necessary vaccinations and always make us feel important to them. We truly enjoy their techs. I will happily give them 5 stars
Feel very frustrated with this pharmacy - I was treated very poorly. They consistently miss my auto refills and I have to call them in Every time. They charge for things other pharmacies give customers for free. Another frustration is how they consistently ignore those waiting in line and choose to chat with customers (save this for when there isn't a line). I moved my prescriptions after 4 months of this crap...
