horrible experience today, I recently had surgery and am in a lot of pain. My Drs office called the pharmacist and confirmed that I would be able to pick up a refill. They called me letting me know I could go get it and then when I get there I can't pick it up for 2 days? Recently, I've been shopping more frequently at this store. Since Walmart has become a "PvP server" and prices are through the roof at other supermarkets like Albertsons, Smith's has become my next best option. Their prices are pretty good for now. Honestly, I've never liked their advertising, but this store is full of great professionals who help you every day, and in the end, that's what matters.
They don’t like to dispense controlled medications. They come with every excuse to delay or decline. Bad experience.
My doctor sent over an rx at 12:20 pm. I received a text they were working on it. I called at 1:52pm. They had not even started the rx. I said I had a text. He said well you just called to have me start on it. It will take an HOUR. I said I was going to the airport. So I came here and took a chance it may be done after 30 minutes.
