I started this company in 2007 after having been a landscaper for nearly 10 years. When I found gophers in my customers' landscapes I often had to trap them myself because I just couldn't find a reliable local professional that would guarantee results. I called Smith’s looking to see if they did carpet beetle extermination. The man I spoke with said no but that he could give me the contact of another company that does. He took my phone number and texted me the information. A few hours later the different company called me. They told me that Smith’s had entered my contact info into a database of referrals.
