I contacted them to see what types of transactions I could conduct at the Moneyey Service counter. My call was initially answered by a Smith's customer service representative who quickly routed my call to the appropriate department manager. She took the time to answer all my questions and was knowledgeable about the products offered. Including Bill pay, money orders, check cashing and money transfers. You can also send money to someone out of state.
