RecommendedFull-timer here. Had a leveling issue while we were down in Kentucky on our recently upgraded leveling system by Lippert. Trouble shot the issue to a blown motor (under warranty) and confirmed with Lippert Tech Support. When I called Smith's RV, knowing that we would be in Spirit Lake within a week, Kelli immediately asked for as much information as she could get because she wanted to make sure to have the motor on hand when we arrived. Nobody likes to break down on the road but there is no better place than Iowa. Thanks to the people of Smiyhs RV we were able to continue our journey from Vermont to Arizona before the snow hit. I can't say enough about the amazing service I recieved. Thanks Kelly and the staff for all you did.
Apparently they will not work on any campers that they don’t sell you.. needed to get a window fixed and was told they wont do it.. need to go thru a different dealer... not impressed...

I've been working with Kory for a month now on trying to find the camper we've wanted. He's amazing! Truly bar none! He's gone above and beyond in customer service by answering emails at all times of the day and staying after hours. We had a slight delay with our camper and he still made the most out of a not so great situation. He's even spending his birthday with us to allow us to get our camper! Feel like we're family now and I'm more than impressed! We will be back for any camper needs!
