I got behind with my storage payment because of an unfortunate incident with my family out of state. Joshua helped me greatly to resolve, and answer my questions and concerns regarding my storage unit. My grandmother has had her storage here since 2005, and in the past 3 years they've raised prices almost 300% they don't contact when there is a price hike and it's not been updated in a way that benefits customers in almost 20 years.
